Paid unlocks on this site are one-time digital purchases (for example, unlocking a photo or message) — not a recurring subscription, unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise at the point of purchase. The price is always shown before you confirm payment.
Because unlocks are one-time purchases, there is nothing to "cancel" going forward — you simply choose whether to buy the next one. If you purchased through Telegram Stars, your Telegram balance and any Stars are managed entirely inside Telegram (Settings → Stars). If you paid by card, your payment was processed by our partner Fanvue, and your purchase/subscription (if any) is managed from your Fanvue account at fanvue.com.
Because content unlocks instantly, purchases are generally final. That said, if you were charged in error, charged twice, or did not receive the content you paid for, contact us within 7 days at the link below and we will investigate and refund confirmed errors.
